Yeah you are right, I was looking at the download screen where it said "download to ps3" and forgot you can also download the vita games to the ps3 to put them on to the vita

It's quite strange to do this region restriction for PS3/4, since you just have to create a new PSN account and say you live in America. Five minutes and it's done. For the Vita, it's a little bit harder though.

Once again, if it's for PS3/PS4 (for Vita it's a little bit harder), they just have to create a new account on the PSN, and use a North American address (1111 First Street New York 10001 United States for instance). It's free and it's fast.
Once downloaded though this PSN account, they should be able to play the games on their main account I suppose (at least I can do that for the games of a previous Capcom PlayStation bundle). If not, well, they'll have to switch from time to time, not a very big deal.

Resident Evil Code Veronica would be a big success as a re-release as a remaster on pc and current gen consoles. They don't even need to remake everything from scratch. Just a lift up would do the game wonders.

While I don't care for it because I don't bother with consoles that much. To console players as well, these bundles are generally crap because they are spread across multiple systems unless they are hoping to catch people who want just one or two specific games and plan on ignoring the rest or giving it to a friend.
If they are going to have console bundles, they need to all be on the SAME console, regardless of what that console may be. Spreading them out like that makes these things garbage.

Well then, this thing is pretty well worthless unless you own multiple systems or just want have something you can't use. At least with Origin, Steam, and Uplay, they all work on the PC and no matter how many times you upgrade, they will still run.

The bigger dick move is that some of these are in fact on more than one console, but they will only give you a key for the latest one circuit people to rebuy them when they upgrade or keep their old machine. Imagine if you had to reddit all of your old steam games every tube you upgraded your computer.

Nah, it is open to anyone, but only activates on American accounts. Anyone can make a valid account, I've done so for NZ, US and JP games. So grab that bundle, make a US account and have fun. Once the games are downloaded, you can switch back to your normal account. Use it to get US sales as well.

Yep ridiculous. According to its Wiki page you can choose to user motion control OR analog stick anyway. (Besides the DS3 having motion control anyway.)
