The only games I'm really interested in are Human:Fall Flat, and ATS, and I'm pretty sure ATS can be picked up for less than $10 on Steam Sale. Guess I'll wait and see what the unlocks are before deciding :)

Lowest price at Steam for ATS was 10$, it would be same price as the tier 3 bundle. Its basically a lowest ever discount at 50% and comes with couple of games 'free'.

Hmm, so tempting. I'm pretty sure ATS will drop below $10 in my region on the next sale, and my wheel is currently broken, so I need to fix or find a new wheel before I could play it.

On the other hand even though I wouldn't play most of them, I might make back a bit of money from card sales on the other games, and depending on the unlocks have some extra games for giveaways.

Decisions decisions... :)

Considering the rather strict DLC policy so far concerning sales it is indeed unlikely. Then again they just announced Vermintide 2. So who knows what their current buisness plan is.

IMO that doesn't seem likely, I would think each bundle works like a contract between developers/publishers and HB, so it's probably set 'in stone' from way before and can't be changed that much. Could have been a wrong leak of course, or we might see it in the next monthly perhaps, specially if your guess is correct.

From what I've heard, that's not the case. They agree to appear in a bundle, not in which bundle, so it's very likely that it's been left for a future bundle.

Bought tier 1 last week and I'll just stick with that. Those unlocks are horrible. There's only one game that interests me in the whole bundle and, luckily, it's in tier 1.
