In English, technical difficulties, so the free game situation has yet to be resolved, hence the lack of keys.
I would be monitoring the situation if you've successfully entered the promo.
FWIW, the US based site is also lacking keys, so I imagine that has to do with the site, not just the promotion.

I really don't know whose fault it was, so I wasn't accusing anyone there. Just quoting the canned messages which were basically saying that there was a hitch in the deal, not that it was saying the promotion was cancelled (not that I know for sure). it was also to explain that this was acknowledged, since several people in this thread have repeated that it was "sold out" when that happened hours ago.
Weirdly enough, hours later, I got an email from Black Desert Online that they were having a promotion for BDO (about a free game/pass?), and the last half of the message was in French. Merde!

seems they change the options to get the free copy,
option 1: it gives asnd email for already suscribers to the magazine, to send email, name etc, They check that info, and send you the key
option 2: take a photo of the magazine and send to the email
