Will this Cardpocalypse Delivery Service sweeten your week?

View Results
[Tier 1] Let Them Come into my library, willya?
[BTA] I'm a card-carrying member of the "wait for lowest average" Tactics Club.
[Tier 3] I'm sure this Mayhem in Single-Player will be a Totally Reliable acquisition for me.
[Genre] I want battle-royale puzzle vampire simulation MMOs, not this kind of stuff.
[Price] Like $1.5 per decent key is still too much for me. I shall wait till Eternity for the glory days of dirt cheap gaming to return.

Lowest BTA 5,89 EURO (37 sold). Finally, this time was something to monitor and starting price was not the lowest one ;).

HB is dumping all the good bundles on us, that they missed in the past years

Really weird how tastes and reactions differ. I only bought single games via Group Buy from a few HB bundles in the past three months. I either already owned pretty much everything or had zero interest, like for this bundle (already have Pillars).

But it's not necessarily bad as I had zero regrets buying the three latest DLCs from Paradox this month, with my budget remaining barely used.. :p

I don't really buy larger games individually, save from a few examples of the past months, so bundles tend to land better :)

The chart will need updated. Totally Reliable Delivery Service was given away for free on Epic.

That is irrelevant from the point of SG and CV, as it can not be stored and/or gifted on the site

Hand of Merlin, Wintermoor Tactics and Pillars 2 are very good for me
(+- cardpocalipse, mayhem a maybe)

...BUT i wont be playing pillars 2 anytime soon- havent finished Pillars 1 (and huge backlog)
...and Hand+Wintermoor on sale would cost less for me (in my region)

Im torn, do i wait or bite?
Hand is one of my most wanted (top tier waiting for sale, otherwise i wouldve bought it already), while wintermoor is one of the few 'i missed the bundle' ive been waiting to pop up again

I had a similar issue but I caved and bought the bundle.

I'm torn too. It would have been an easier bite if Pillars 2 had all the DLC.

are the dlc essential, must haves?

Depends on what you regard as essential. There are 3 DLC that are like extra dungeons, expansions, story stuff I believe. The rest is cosmetics.

so basically humble bundle robbing from a charity huh

whats worse is they always default to a price beyond the top tier giving you no more content and the % to charity is still shit. would be fine if 100% of the extra went to charity, but its you spent 25$ here were gonna toss 1.25$ to that charity we are flashingy

10 Items... no no NO! Humble is advertising 12 ITEMS! Not 10, 12. Oh but what two items did the OP forget. OH YA! COUPONS!

Do not be fooled. $12 for 12 items. You are technically paying $1 per coupon. For a 20% and 15% off coupon. They have done this before and if people keep saying it's they are OK with paying for coupons. Humble will keep doing that. Even worse is they are low ball coupons. $15 off a $15 game.

It's a sales tactic. 12 items is better then 10. In stead of sounding cool with 10 items and 2 coupons as thanks for buying the full bundle. Nope, we going to trick them with a bigger number but give them coupons instead.

Welp, nothing I can do but express my anger at them and deny them my money.

I used to get salty about it too...
but then I realised that after their layout changes, I'm practically always looking at what's in a bundle here, in Lilly's threads.
Besides, coupns never bothered me anyway or rather, never interested me :p

I would be far more interested if the coupons could be applied to bundles or a bunch of games in the store. I'm torn between T1 and T2. Since I bought Pillars of Eternity II on steam, I will pass on T3
