I am pretty sure that if you remove someone from your blacklist, they immediately can enter your giveaways again. You just still can't enter theirs for up to a week depending on how long you've had them blacklisted.
I believe this should be correct. The rule exists only to avoid abuse the other way around. If the penalty was also bi-directional, it would actually be counterproductive since the person being blacklisted would no longer have a grace period for making use of it before potentially getting re-blacklisted (which is the scenario that the feature attempts to protect against).
You're correct, thanks for pointing it out. I made a mistake on that partially because it's been a long while since I last looked at blacklist stuff, but that's a slim excuse. Deleted my message now since it's moot and I don't want to sound like I'm asking to be unblacklisted by those who have blacklisted me. :D
I'm not going to enter the game, because the winner will most likely enjoy the game more than I will. I would like to take this opportunity to thank you SINNEDUE for this amazing event you've created. I wish you and your loved happy holidays
Thor is awesome. You never know what lifehack, dev tip, cool story or random bullshit he tells the chat. It was a good day when I discovered his channel.

I don't think anyone would/should have taken that from your message.
