I'm sorry for people that had to read all that, takes like a minute to find the code if you use regex.

I read sequentially until I found it. I even kept notes on the people. I thought the puzzle would have to do with their names, or I would have to try various combinations of stuff that looked like it could be the codes.

I had been through so much overthinking with this event that I just started to go with the simplest explanation, and it worked through the end. I this case I figured it would be "hidden in plain sight" and searched for and highlighted 5 characters combinations.

I was reading thru and it jumped out as being out of character. I have learned (? that word is really debatable but... :) ) to not overthink these. So here I am, overthinking

Well, regex is not very helpful if you don't know you need lowercase e.

That's not an issue if you don't strip out the context, I'm not sure why you would. Here's the end result from my search, took about a minute from pasting it to editor to finding it.

To put it to bruteforce script, obviously.

With over 300 matches, I don't think that's a good idea. I have been suspended on another site for much less than that, I think I got through some 100 links before it happened.

Oh... Then I'd better not tell you how much I bruteforced on this event...

Wow, it's good I found it by looking at the post with the latest edit time. There's a really good chance I would give up if it didn't work for me, because I was already totally sick of going through that crap 🤢
