Thanks, looks like a great game. Nothing wrong with discussing serious matters in forums that are generally about entertainment :)

Well, I understand some can be "bothered" but it's not like I was spamming a new thread every day about it ^^

Yay, thank you :D
And congrats for still having the courage to answer in gender wars topics xD It's been long since I'm convinced this has become a very sterile (yet so important...) debate :/

Usually I skipped too ^^"
but this time I lost it at the VAWA part, because it clearly showed that OP didn't bother to actually looked it.

Well for some reason I had never heard of VAWA.
And then I was going to say "maybe because I'm not from the USA" but then I looked at your profile and oh! En fait tu es française aussi xD

C'est pas grave de pas avoir entendue parler de VAWA, ce qui est plutôt gênant c'est qu'elle a commencé a le critiquer sans l'avoir survoler non plus XD

I don't know about these law issues, but I can tell you one thing, when I was in France, high school was way more relaxed compared to how strict it was in my country, since apparently they can fuck around until they go to university where they get serious.
Great game btw!

Well, I don't recall someone really trying so badly to get excellent grade in High school (except some people for national school, and even most of them were naturally gifted, so not that much). But then Uni is on a total different level, true.
You'll tell me if you win, it's on my wishlist ^^

Thanks for the giveaway! Uhhh, I don't like getting involved with those threads since there's no right answer.

Thank you for the giveaway, activated and marked as received.
I did not get involved in any of those gender threads, as well, there are right answers, and proper ways to deal with things, but whenever you word something in a way people might not like, they will hate you. And this all while we want the same thing: Every human being (and every living thing, for that matter) should be treated with respect. Humans should all get equal chances. Justice, work, studies, everything should be based on facts, not opinion, on proof, not bias, on skill, not skin (so to say).
If, and only if, we as humans can collectively agree that we messed up, and that we will always be skewed by bias, opinion, assumptions and the likes, then we can continue from there. Solving a problem starts with seeing it, and we already do, else there wouldn't be so much talk about it. Then comes the accepting and declaring that it is indeed a problem, opinions are divided on this part (women are more equal according to feminists, men are more equal according to masculists). So, we are stuck, and will not come to a solution.

I sometimes end statements like this with something along the lines of "But I might be wrong." or "But that is just my opinion/thoughts."
Usually, that is to keep the hate out, as I do not like to meddle and argue about opinions, because there's no accounting for taste, so I limit myself (or try to the best of my capacbilities) to state the facts.

So, I will not end with such empty statements. We all know the current state, and we all would like to see it changed, but that means we should start on changing it.

P.S. If any spelling errors are in my comment, I duly apologise, as I am ill, and thus can't think properly in English (non-native)

Non native English speaker here too, don't worry.

I hope resting will get you better. I don't know if Hollow Knight is the kind of thing someone should play when they are sick haha. I hope you will enjoy it at a moment anyway :)

Let's finish with a famous quote which I like a lot,and seems to fit what you wanted to tell me : "realize we have a problem is already a step forward to solving it".
