It looks like Princess Maker or Long Live the Queen - this game isn't pervy, is it? I really like cute stuff and VNs are nice, but too much fanservice really puts me off -.-

The gameplay is kinda like that, yes. To see a non-crappy ending you'll either look up things on the internet, do a lot of save scumming, or fail enough times that you learn what you need to do. :) Like oh, I needed to learn that spell by that date in order to get that event, in order to get that quest, which blah blah etc. :)
You won't be able to see the whole game in a single playthrough. There are lots of different endings, and selecting the game-ending quest for one character means you'll need to reload a save or play through NG+ to see a different one.
Hmm, I'd say it's very cute but it's also very not for kids... I mean, I can imagine a teenage boy playing it but I don't think he would want his mother to catch him playing it... :) I think the Japanese PS2 version is for ages 17+ if that helps.
The Steam version is "Littlewitch Romanesque: Editio Regia" which is apparently the 18+ "Littlewitch Romanesque: Editio Perfecta", but with the 18+ scenes chopped out, maybe some less revealing bathing suits drawn in, pictures cropped, that sort of thing. Various characters do still prance around in skimpy outfits from time to time, though.
The Steam trading cards should give you an idea, hmm... Let's see if I can figure out how to make some links...

It's a lot of work, and you can't do everything in a single playthrough... So maybe take notes or look up something on the internet... :) But it's fun! :)

I don't think this game has achievements, or at least not Steam achievements... So you'll get lots of playtime and nobody will know if you were playing or idling or what... :) It's fun though! :)

Fell in love with the art style many years ago, when I stumbled across "Quartett", but of course, there was no english version and I never got to play it :3 But until this day, I really adore the art ð

Oh yeah! I saw people making fanart of it, but never heard about specifics either. Turns out it's called Cardcaptor Sakura: Clear Card and they made 22 episodes. May have to give it a try one day. :) Used to love the show & lil books that they made!
