You have more than 14000 games on account (wow!), so most probably this is a syncing failure. It fails sometimes starting from 3000 games on account. Once I got it too with my 1000+

Nope. Game is "Profile limited", so the Steam API can not check if you own the game or not. Thus syncing doesn't help, game is not recognizable by SG.
