Eh, i think it doesn't work that much anymore. But then again, i play in trios not solo. Solo, the odds might be better to avoid conflicts, but i've seen people being 3rd partied on purpose during matches as people try to enter the same match to prey upon solo players. I would also expect solo matchmaking to have more campers, running on your own in this game is not an easy task. So people might play more defensively.

If it happens, sure. But don't place your hopes on strangers on the internet honestly.

I've experienced both good and bad from this game, but most of the time it's bad. People are constantly tricking you to screw you over. But this is mostly a trio experience with randoms... Solo players might be more friendly in general.

But i think that the overall idea of this game is that people advance too fast to a point there is nothing to do other than kill others or help others. Majority of people will go to PVP, meaning they will hunt you down because they have nothing else to do. There is a lvl cap, stash cap and at some point you have too much credits ingame. This means people have to do something when they reach this "goal", the more obvious thing to do is kill others. Some people might help, some others might focus on PVE.

Being backstabbed instantly right after making a "peace negotiation" is completely normal in this game, i feel like this doesn't occur as much if you use voice communication and the other person also uses it, but it's not guaranteed.
