Kathy Rain is an excellent modern example of the classic point-and-click adventure genre. It gets pretty much everything right, from the characters to the gameplay to the artwork. Every single pixel in this game is beautiful, and uses a very "Kathy Rain" color palette. The eponymous Kathy can be wonderfully snarky at times, and it was also really nice to see a couple of nods to Full Throttle in the game. Though I'd have preferred a different conclusion, I'd still highly recommended this game for point-and-click fans!
