Welcome to the Main Bus Station in Berlin.
You can walk north a ways along side streets to catch the U2, or you can walk east and pick up the S41, the S42, or the S46.
This is the main train station in Berlin for all incoming and outgoing traffic by Train. Though you can leave from other stations as well, they probably make a major stop here before continuing on. There is a ton of food and other shops that you can visit here. This structure is pretty amazing if you like this sort of style.
Greetings and welcome to the Berlin community Train event.
Now that you're here, ride to your hearts content. There are a ton of great GAs around to find, and perhaps a few puzzles or hidden giveaways.
Quite a lot of people I knew used this station. There are many various lines that come in and out of it. The main bus company that most people used that I knew, was Berlin Linien Bus. If you booked far enough in advance, you could go most places they travelled for just under 10 Euro. That's how I got to Leipzig. 20 Euro for a round trip spread apart over the space of a week, while I took a plane out of there to land in Malaga, so I could catch another bus that would take me to Granada. But that's a bit of a tangent.
Do you wanna know more about this station?
Wanna leave Berlin? Visit London? 25 hours by bus from here. All Aboard to Victoria Coach Station!

Oh have you been in my city? I had no idea D:

Which one is your city? Malaga or Granada? :D

Malaga. I hope you didn't visit it when there was the cleaning strike...

I don't think it was a cleaning strike, but .... it seemed to modern for me. Not that I had that much time to walk around.... I was only there for a little while. Actually I did have a very long night waiting for my plane .... I was up at the Airport ... first walking, then singing outside... then eventually doing silly dances, just to keep moving.... I didn't trust myself to wake up in time for my plane, so it was a pretty crazy night :D

Airports don't sound like a funny place :/ If you wanted to sing and dance at night you should have visited the city centre :P

Flight was really early, I had no means to get back to the airport if I did that. :/

I mostly used megabus which is insanely cheap but a weird company.
I got my ticket to Leipzig around 3-4 Euro.
And in one of my trips, I flew to Cologne with Ryanair, and from there to Frankfurt with Megabus, and then to Munich with Megabus, and lastly to back Berlin with Megabus. Total cost of transportation was 21 Euro :)

Nice! But that's insane that those tickets are that cheap :D

What are you coming for? :D

Visiting family, my brother lives in Frankfurt Oder.
It is really interesting to go through all these places and recognising those where I've been.

I actually went to Frankfurt Oder while I was there.... you know what's funny? The lack of places that sell cigarettes cause across the bridge they are SO MUCH cheaper.
But Slubice is a story for another time ;)

Main Bus Station in Berlin, pretending to be in New York? :-) Cool.

Heh, at the time I decided to add this, I was running low on funds and couldn't justify a purchase of anything more than this. I apologize for the reviews. :D

Can I join too or is it only for those who signed up earlier?

I'm sorry, what is your question? :D

Can anyone join the train or only those who signed up earlier here https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/mp1pT/lets-train-berlin-ich-bin-ein-berliner-edition-signups-closed?
Comment has been collapsed.
You can join all the GAs you want :)
The signups were for people making GAs and getting the descriptions in.
Does that answer your question? :)
