I am looking to buy a new computer and asked for a quotation. Saw a standard gaming rig and asked to upgrade memory and both hard discs. Is it any good or should I ask for something different? This amount is at the upper limit at what i can afford, so even €10 would be a problem

SSD 250GB - too little for games today, it's only for Win 10.)
Sharkoon WPM600 Bronze 600W ATX - I don't know about this mark but looks normal.

IMO take a cheaper SSD that has around 100gb of space to hold your OS + programs on it and then get a 2TB normal hard drive to have games on. 250GB SSD is not offering much space for games.....specially since most take 30-60GB nowdays.

Try chipping some € off other parts and get a GTX970 G1 instead.

The PSU is probably low(ish) quality. Sharkoon isn't a bad marque per se, but a bronze rating means cheapest components possible.
600W is fine, you don't need more. Get at least a gold rated PSU with 5 years warranty.
Edit: Do you really need 4TB HDD? But don't go for a smaller SSD, those things run out of space fast.

The SSD is only for windows (10) and other stuff that has to be on my C: drive
I admit I don't really need a 4tb hdd, but it is not much more expensive then the 2TB and now I know I wont have an storage space problems for some time :D
