Pokemon X/Y question

Sooo... Im in a tough situation. I thought Rock Smash to my charmander early on and now its a Charizard and I want to replace it with slash, but I'm not sure if theres any way to get Rock Smash a second time. If I replace it is the someone I can buy it to teach to a different Pokemon or anything?

Isn't that attack a TM attack? For quite some time now you can use TM an infinite number of times so you don't need to worry at all. And you won't really need this rather weak attack in the open world anyways. Just a few items and fossils. It's always useful to have an HM slave for attacks like this.

Yea its a TM. TM's can be used more than once? I thought only HM's could. I'm used to the older Pokemon games

Yeah, they've changed the TM system. You can use it infinite amount of times now.
