The last giveaway I have done, as soon as it ended and a winner was selected, I sent the gift to the person. They activated it almost right away. ( I was looking at their account both before sending it and several times after to make sure that both the person did not have it beforehand, and when they add the game to their account. ) However, the person has not marked the game as received. Its only been 5 hours ago, but I thought it was odd since the person was on both on here as well as steam yet did not switch it.

The question is, am I supposed to wait for 7 days and then make a support ticket for this if the person does not mark it as received or? Its already too late to request a new winner since the person already added the game to their account.
