Winner doesnt pick up prize

Hiyas, a week ago I created a give away, gave out 2 games, but one hasnt picked up. First I send the game by email and after a few days a steam friend req, none have been accepted. Should I ask for a new winner now it has been a week?

Yes, the required week has passed so you can request that the giveaway be re-rolled and a new winner chosen.

Could be the key was already used on the email, but yeah after a week you should reroll.
