Calculated by "Gifted / Received = ratio"

To put it simply, if you give a game worth 10 euros, and receive a game worth 5e, then your ratio will be 2 and you have to keep it above 0.95

Meh, that .8 is left over from an old rule. Sorry we corrected it. The ratio used to be .8 but people were riding ratios too low so it had to be curtailed.
