I think it's a bit misleading that OP put 'Darksiders II Giveaway open only to legal residents of the United States age 13 and older' in the 'Grand-Prize' section, since this rule is applying to all three sweepstakes including 10,000 copies of Darksiders 1

What difference does it make? No one is stopping companies in other countries from giving stuff away just for their country. Someone who is giving something away has every right to set the criteria and people have no right to whine or complain about something for free that they are not owed in the first place.
If I want to setup a private Steamgifts giveaway and make it specific to a group where I only invite people with brown eyes, or who are 4'11" or 69 years old or whatever. I can. It's MY giveaway and I can pick who can and can't enter.

For those who won Darksiders key - yes it's Steam redeemable but first you have to redeem your GameStop code you recieved via email onto GameStop's client (or by following the link inside the email you recieved). After redeeming the first code , download GameStop's client , install it and inside the "My Games" tab , you'll find Darksiders along with it's CD key , copy that CD key into Steam and VOILA! You're all set. ENJOY!
