cv didnt increase?

Up to 30 and 20% of non-bundle...

After $30 it doesn't, until you give away non-bundle games

you can only get a total of 30$ CV from Bundles. then if you give away bundled games you wont get any CV

basically your CV is capped at
bundle value + non-bundle-value
bundle value is limited at $30 + not more than 20% your non bundle value
