It happens randomly, anyway can you just go through paypal and use that card?(Should be able to add it) See the thing with GMG is that it gets flagged as a gambling site.

If I have a bank account tied with my Paypal account, will I need to add funds to my paypal for this to work? Or will it just go through?

It should go right through if your paypal is linked to the bank, it will just draw whatever money from the bank. Kinda just like using a debit card.

Depending on the site and I think how trusted your ip is with yout paypal (which sounds crazy but I think its true) you can sometimes instant transfer but often have to do withdraw. I know cuz I was in mexico and couldn't buy a humble bundle instantly, while I usually can from home.

I see, never had that experience, always did instant, thanks for the info though.

Might have been because you were in another country though.

Buying from a friends' computer also doesn't always allow instant, though, and most sites I have to eCheck, except for Humble Bundle and Steam, probably because I've already used them so much.

Regrettably it did not work. Got a new error.

"Your Payment Provider has not authorised your purchase. This may be because some banks (incorrectly) believe that Green Man Gaming is a gambling website. Please contact your bank to discuss your order. We are working with these banks to resolve this issue."

How strange. :(

International purchase, needs verification, PayPal will do the same thing, due to using a U.K. based PP portal.

So I just call my bank tomorrow and just ask them to allow it?

Yeah, there is also a chance you may get a call from the verification company asking if you are the one, that attempted to make the purchase.
It is real fast n easy to care of it, and basically puts them on a safe list.

They have locked me out multiple times when I told them it was safe, my bank is run by fish.

Okay, thank you. I tried with multiple cards/accounts a couple of times, so hopefully I don't get multiple calls haha.

Yeah, I have no issue here and I'm in AU. I do hear that sometimes it requires verification though.

I think it really is more of a bank (or banks in a certain country) thing. The bank that issued my MasterCard doesn't have any qualms about any international transactions, ever. The one time they did call me was to verify if I spent $0.50, when I've done $100-200 transactions in the past.

Well, I called my bank provider and they told me that no orders have been made that they've "stopped", and say it's a potential issue with the site (I figured). So, I guess I have to contact GMG or something. Will probably miss out on this deal by the time they get back to me.
