I don't know if there are scripts that will filter it automatically, but you can do it manually by adding a filter to the URL from here.
You can use this URL below and change the number on the end so that it only shows you giveaways that are below a certain number of points to enter.

Should have posted in the Announcement thread that Turbo linked ... instead of necroing a 2 year old thread.
You can use the same filter on group giveaway pages, but since the group giveaway page already has a search clause you need to add onto it with the & symbol.
Eg https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/search?type=wishlist&point_max=30

It seems to not work on group pages. I'm not sure if it was just overlooked or if it was too hard on the server and purposely not enabled.
