Anyone got something like this? This happened paying with paypal, I got charged on paypal, but didn't get the games. Already messaged support but wanted to know if someone had the same problem before.

Thanks for reading

That probably won't help but I never encountered such problem with PP.

Happened to me just earlier but it's more with my authorization and not really PP. Basically, I lock my PP and only unlock it for about 15 minutes for transactions. If I take more time than that I usually get that message.

I've had issues with paypal payments failing and it was always fine when I tried later :) I think they have temporary outages, or even temporary locks.
Offtopic: That's the first time I've seen myself blacklisted. I feel like my SG virginity has finally been taken :P

Yeap, seems it was a temporary lock, now I'll have to wait to get back the money.

Wonder why I blacklisted you in first place, I use it and then I feel bad because I don't remember why :/

Don't worry about it, we all have our reasons :) I recently cleared my blacklist and now I'm trying to use "tags" from the Steamgifts++ to label each person, so I remember why.

The problem with solution is that I use SG from at least 4 different places, it's a PITA to don´t have that synced :(

Yeah, you wouldn't be able to do that, unless you could symbolic link the script data and put it in the cloud to share. Sounds like a lot of work.

You buy too many gifts, stop trying right now and wait for a long time to unlock.

You may try when the time on sale almost finish, but you will need to wait again if fail.

if you buy too many gifts on steam, the message says "you bought too many gifts". this is different.

I didn't see that before - - I just bought a lot games.

Now I can still buy for myself but can't buy any gifs.

Well, I haven't bought anything in days, and this buy was just 3 cheap games, I don't know if was related. So I think it was more a problem with Paypal :/

I got the unexpected error, right at Halloween sale start, so no buying/gifting or trading possible. Opened a ticket, nothing.
Oh, Valve support, would it kill them to have a better system? more staff? or at least self explaining messages?

SteamRep says my acc is ok, yet I'm unable to do anything. No, no CC or PP involved, was using my wallet funds and haven't changed anything nor added funds, no reason for this. Oh well at least I don't feel like I'm the only one, confort in numbers? :P

Unexpected error also, with paypal, since 2 days ago. No reply to my ticket either. (but it is a weekend) Guess our wallets are safe; until the next sale ;)

That has happened to me before, it stopped the purchase halfway through, but still gave me the games. However they were unplayable and I had to wait until Steam got it all sorted out.

Also, if I may ask, why have I been blacklisted?

You gift too much and are too active on forums

Seems this isn't the case, because the complete opposite happened, got charged, but didn't get anything.

I don't know what are you talking about ;)

Yeah, was annoying ... because then I had to fight with them to give me the game at the sale price that I was trying to buy it out.

I'm not sure, I tend to suffer from short-term memory loss. Who are you?

I don't know if this will work, go to "internet options" > "conections" > "LAN settings" > uncheck or check "automatically detect settings" > try paying in browser
