Honestly, it shouldn't be an issue at all.
If a free game is selected, it would be as easy as making a new filter for them with zero CV received from them.
I do not see the hesitation to make this okay to do. Considering it could be contained within its own section.

Aside from the fact that denying them and having us promote it to be placed in the Discussions, adds to this area of the site being used more. So I guess, as I ponder the whys about it, I see a reason. And it isn't a bad reason at all, as no CV gets obtained anyways from utilizing the forums to giveaway the games that are not allowed. So again, it is whatever.
