If you don't understand the FAQ, you can gift unused Bundle gift codes, but you can't make giveaways for keys for individual games. This is to prevent floods of giveaways and faking a high feedback. If you have some spare keys to give away, you can throw them up on the forum, as either a first come first serve basis, or with a puzzle or whatever you choose to do. As long as it's not a proper giveaway (not even a private one), you can do what you like with them.

Oh, so I can't do giveaways for all my indie gala keys and indie royals keys, correct? I mean proper giveaways.

As long as you gift the whole bundle, and none of the games from the bundle are redeemed.

The first one didn't have the option, so it isn't available for a giveaway. I don't know if they changed that for the second one or not, but if they did, it will be in the list eventually. I can't say without looking whether it is or not yet, but it just ended today, so you may have to be patient.

Not unless it's the entire unused bundle, no. Also, Indie Gala and some IRs haven't yet been added to the list, so even if you do have an unused bundle code (in case you're confused by what I mean, I mean this sort of thing (used, so no-one rush to claim it)), you might not be able to make a giveaway for it yet.
