Best deal on Counter Strike 1.6 (legal)?

This game is 9.99 on Steam, but it seems that all these ''key selling sites'' selling it for around 7.99, which is not a big difference especially for the game 15 years old. I don't want Anthology either, I'm not a game collector. Any suggestions?

I'd recommend to wait for Steam summer sale as well. I bought 1.6/CZ pack for around $6-$8 years ago.

I got that and condition zero for $5 off steam trades. Bought 3 tf2 keys for $5, then traded it for cs+condition zero.
