Not having autoplaying video ads

I appreciate all the work that cg and the rest of the support put into this site, and I understand that it costs money to run. However it seems that these ads are present every second time I load the site and I'm going to be turning ad-block back on if these sorts of ads continue. They're annoying as hell and there's no way to ignore them without manually pausing it every time or muting my browser, and even then there's still a video playing on the edge of my screen.

I'm not sure if cg is aware that these ads are running on the site or whether they're region specific, but I know that there will be others who will also be blocking again, and unfortunately it's always easier to get people to turn adblock on then to turn it off.
