I tried 2 times and I got the keys successfully
First time, I bought one key and I just had to wait about 10 minutes before receiving it
Second time, I bought 2 keys and I had to wait about 20 minutes before receiving an email asking me for checking my phone number. Once the operation done, the keys has been received in seconds.
So, my advice for those who wants to buy the game : just be patient after buying it. I think that they have real people to check the orders and validate them or not.

Yeah, I know. First, they take the money, then they check your order and valid it manually. It's weird, but that's the way it works and I can confirm twice rather than once that... beh it works. Normally, you received 2 emails : the first one is to tell you that they have regitered your order, the second one is to tell you that everything is OK and contain you key to redeem the game on steam.

Managed to get through the order form in Italian. I told it my country was UK and it seems to have processed just fine. You can change the currency and it will give you relatively similar amounts, EUR seems to be the best price by my reckoning off the top of my head but that might be wrong. However, change the language and it will give you vastly different prices, mostly in excess of €20. It's easy enough to get through in Italian though.

Order pending. I sent them £1.49 (paypal), set the currency to UK and legit told them I was in said country. I know that's a little more expensive than 1.49 Euros, but maybe it'll help? Still a great price!

I don't know if the paying in UK currency and being truthful about my location helped or not. Worked out at roughly 1.75 Euros/$2.41 (US). I'm more than ok with that.
