Last page option
but doesn't ESGST just move it to the top instead of having it both at the top and the bottom?

I already had sort of same suggestion a while ago : https://www.steamgifts.com/discussion/fruMs/adding-last-preferably-the-page-numbering-too-on-top-of-page

🙄…Steamgifts Update
The pagination system for comments has been revised, which also helps with load times. The "Last" page button will now link to "page=last". Previously, users would write scripts linking to "page=99999" and the site would display the last page of comments. If you do that now, it'll display no results. Instead, if you want to be redirected to the last page of comments, link to "page=last".

Except that is not what the OP suggested (or myself).
I personally am aware of those, but was suggested to add so called last button on the top of page, not on bottom as it's now (and I don't think would influence too much adding that).

I want a native scroll to bottom/top button, so I could disable these features in ESGST.

Add the "next" and "last page" options to also be on the top of the page, the same as you see at the bottom of the page. Maybe also add a "jump to bottom of page" option.
