LOL, I actually got a Boxer's fracture when I punch the wall. Turns out, the behind the chip-rock wall, there's a concrete wall.

I've never really...Broken anything, really. I've gotten frustrated when something was just too damn hard or demanding, but I had to do it anyway to get full completion. I think the worst injury I've ever gotten was a blistered thumb way back on the old NES D-Pad.

Well let's see if I can recount. I know I've lead to things breaking in my frustration before...

I used to throw my controllers occasionally when I got pissed off. Then again when I finally did what I needed to do. You know. All like "YEAH! YEAH! IN YOUR FACE!" and stuff. Who's the man, game?! ME!

Everyone's prone to smacking or punching their knee/leg. At least, everyone I've known.

I once broke my headset because I sneezed really hard clinching a CAL Match for CS 1.6 a long time ago. Needless to say, there was laughter to be had everywhere and I died. From then on I was known as the least stealthy person alive, even though I love playing games like Deus Ex and Metal Gear Solid all stealthy at all times.

Never had a keyboard break or anything though. Not because I threw it. Although this one time, I guess it counts, I clicked my mouse just a bit too hard in a knee-jerk reaction to someone I wasn't expecting coming 'round a corner. My left mouse button tore off and the spring flew at my face; it cut me. It sucked. Game over until I got a new mouse.

Hurt my arm trying to play MadWorld on Wii.

I also have difficulties with some action games during the colder months of the year, my fingers simply can't keep up when the cold causes me some pain in my joints.

I once have broken my finger. It was not because of any rage, but by pure accident and I´m afraid, that it is better to not tell how exactly it happened.

Yes, please share. I'll go first.
I had to get stitches above me eye because my sister threw a pair of goggles at me in the swimming pool. This was her revenge from when I had accidentally hit a line drive (baseball) right into her mouth a few weeks earlier. It was even worse because she wore braces at the time.

For the last two or three years I control myself as much as I can, I don't even remember when I raged for the last time when playing a game, not to mention hurting myself. I also try to avoid frustrating games and situations as much as I can. Anyway, I remember getting a few bruises on my hand when I hit the wall with a fist. I also damaged the mouse right click and gamepad (right analogue died and some button got stuck), good thing they were both crap/cheap.

I once destroyed my Nes controller cuz' of Kick Master (i had a "pirate nes" or something like that with yellow cartages) but it was kinda cheap. 5euro, and the games where like 2. I have my collection till these days.

And just a few weeks ago, i got Kung Fu Strike, started playing it, and after a half hour i think, my right arm was hurt as hell.

The most enraging game I ever played was God Of War 3. I also played it for the first time on Hard, just for the trophy. I remember throwing the controller so many times to the wall or throwing it to the ground that it almost broke.
As far as physical injuries are concerned, when I used to play Trackmania for about 10h a day I remember having really bad bruises in the tips of my fingers from the keyboard arrows and also the same result from playing Guitar Hero for hours...

I dislocated a knee playing ping pong. Tore it out so bad that it wouldnt stay back in socket. I did the other other a week later hopping around without my crutches. It left me in a wheel chair for a couple of years in high school until I was old enough for them to bolt my knees back in and reshape my tendons to fit in place. Not a videogame, but your topic didn't clarify. :)

Well, it wasn't because of a game but just a bad PC. My old(and by "old" I mean "ancient") first PC was pretty shitty. It had the annoying habit of not starting until it got restarted at least 10 times and punched or kicked at least 2 times... Surprisingly I never damaged any limbs on it, but it's floppy and normal disk readers were caved in. ^_^

Put Dungeon Keeper 2 in the toaster as a kid, along with another blank cd to burn a copy for my friend.
Filled the bottom of my pc tower with water to water cool, leaked out, hit my 5-way plug connector...

Frankly, I did a lot of stupid things as a kid.
