R$35 in Brasil. $20 sounds about right.
I bet on a glitch.

Steamdb does not report regional pricing if said region uses another country's currency.

US$20 currently on Argentina, which is supposed to be one of the regions to get its own pricing.

Factorio is appearing for $8 for me whereas it normally costs $20. There was a topic on Steamgifts which said that there will be separate regional pricing in USD for Pakistan however this is the only game right now that appears to be of lower price for me so I am not sure if regional pricing are on or if this is a price glitch.
I cannot verify the regional price changes news anywhere else on the internet. So can someone else please verify the price that is appearing for them: http://store.steampowered.com/app/427520/Factorio/
Also steamdb shows $20 for Factorio for US and no PK region pricing.
Thanks.
