A question about rules.

Greetings fellow pilgrims!

The is something i want to ask that i did not find in the rules on the site (or perhaps i have overlooked).

I want to make a private giveaway to some of my friends who do not meet the "there must be at least 100 $ worth of games on your account to join steam-gifts" requirement.

Is there a way to do it? i mean, it says that i can send a the link for the giveaway, but will they be able to use it?

Nope. Sorry. They can see it, but if they can't register, they can't enter. Use random.org. Or tell them to just stock up on the ridiculous number of practically free stuff Steam is giving out.

They must be members of Steamgifts to participate in a Steamgifts giveaway. Even if you give them the link, they will not be able to enter.
