how long usually takes support to answer for question on Support tab?

I'm waiting for 4 months.

I've been waiting for 6 months

They pretty much don't answer tickets anymore.
I guess they don't see a point since SGv2 is coming up.

From 8 days to 2 weeks usually, I guess it depends on your question. But yeah maybe they just won't answer at all.

let me guess. is it about the last giveaway you created? can't go in details because i don't want a suspension for calling out. ;_;

Maybe never, maybe a few months.
I think some problems pass on their own in cases such as bundles only being around for a week or so, but being named something else through giveaways... because the games list either no longer contains the correct thing, or it's the correct thing but it actually includes or doesn't include this other thing now... blah blah blah...
