Nope not overheating Gpu temp is normally 33 - 46 c
The drivers are updated to 350.12 (latest), i also rolled back to the previous version but that didn't help either );

It may also be an issue with pagefiles. Some searching has suggested that clearing the pagefile fixed it for some. Alternatively, there is software out there than can remove all related display drivers, allowing you to install drivers in a more cleaner environment.
Edit: May I ask what changes you made to your computer? I have free time, and I don't mind helping.
