I guess some of the cards for ABC, autograph and Subject 13 have about 1 in million chance of dropping. Got almost 100 cards and still missing 1 card from each of those mentioned. Got plenty of Post Mortem copies though, and tons of repeat cards.

It's probably the same sort of system that the old McDonald's Monopoly game used. Some cards in a set are very, very common. The final card is limited to however many copies of that particular item will be given away. I had 12,000 points and got duplicates of almost everything.

Indeed. Those common cards are just there so there's the appearance of winning something with each draw, and so you feel invested (missing 1 card of 4 feels closer than missing 1 card of 1). In reality, only the rare card has any value, and the commons might as well just say "Sorry, try again."
