All MP3s and Artwork e-mails go into your spam folder by default, unlike the game key e-mails.
Don't ask me why.
Fairly sure you actually access the content in the Multimedia section of the site, where all the free MP3s and Artwork are, however.
They've been sending just fine for me, though things don't seem to redeem correctly during high server load, so you may just be wasting points playing the game during that time.

That was my guess too, I managed to get all the way to a "promo code" section with my account and it didnt work, next I tried in game where you try to buy anything ingame and sends you to steam for payment has a promo code input too and it didnt work either. So now Im asking here wondering if someone has claimed any of those keys at all? Thanks Rachel :)

That is where I tried yesterday night but RO does not have that specific redeem tab. My guess is that its ingame on kafra button where you buy premium stuff, there is a promo code redeem slot but codes wont work. Maybe they send dupes or the promo was cancelled due to spam yesterday haha.

Spent 400 points just now while the site was stuttering, only got one card out of it [despite 4 pop-ups claiming I'd gotten a card unlock], and nothing in my inbox.

If he tried to login with steam account first, maybe the system already created an account for him, linked to that steam profile. That would make it impossible to link this new account to his steam profile.

I connected to Steam first because I thought I could get around the signup.. It didn't work, then I created an account and I got 7700 coins total and the connect button wasn't there anymore, so I guess everything worked fine.
