"It's a fusion between FE and SE with mass of improvements
1) A Serious Engine compatible with 64Bits Windows.
2) Including a system of auto-downloader, that means the game downloads itself maps who aren't installed on the pc instead downloading manually maps.
3) A Netcode much improved, delting "tweaked" netsetting, so we'll have a cancelation of increased lags and an easement of speed of players who have a low ping in multiplayer.
4) No more problems with players who are under 54ms.
5) Will add new screen resolutions; 16:10 and 16:9 in the game's options.
6) Creation of a new official 'nameedit', also for servers! Servers will be colored.
7) Addition of several functions like voices such as "kill awards" (killing spree voices, etc...) customizables.
8) 'Mods' system removed; Warped mod will be included into the game. CTF round will be in sever list in the 'round' filter.
9) Minor changements in the gameplay : Power up items will be droped when a player dies, somehow like Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter.
10) The game will use the VAC (Valve Anti Cheats). No more cheats allowed. People who cheats will be banned forever.
Still much work, more informations coming soon, The game will be surely downloadable mid 2013. But it's only my supposition. I have no exact dates.
Gathering of developpers are not working in this project. For the moment, Metaliman is responsible to make a Trailer not 'official' because he is not a professional and even less a developper. Thanks for reading
Non-official maps will be compatible."
Only information I could find on it though.

It's called "You Need A Budget" which is a title that actually describes what the program offers rather than something random and irrelevant. It's heading into version 4 and it looks like they'll be offering early access through Steam.
Sounds reasonable to me, what's so bad about it?

I hope everyone noticed that Wolfenstein and Sacred 2 Gold are in that list. Wolfenstein's part of the Zenimax Pack, so it looks like the licensing for that Activision title got worked out.
