Will the Borderlands 2 Season Pass ever contain the extra characters?

that's not the new character they're talking about.

It also includes the additional levels dlc pack.

But the DLC IS included on the Season Pass, so it's not THAT bad.

If the dlc's are as good as they were in the original Borderlands then its worth it! There were content almost comparable to lenght that was the whole game

Except that EA seems to include content that should have been included but was cut just to make it a DLC.
In BL2 context, i'll simply copy paste what was said here:

To me it sounds totally acceptable, especially at that price. I was never disappointed in the quality / price of BL DLCs.

I'm siding with this guy. DLC for level cap is just retarded. DLC should be only to add more storyline, more quests, a new zone to discover, something to push the game further or whatever. Not this crap about "omg golden gun with 3 more bullets - 3 euros" or "omg character skin with blue hair instead of green - 5 euros"

They should include the level cap for free with the last DLC!
