Not sure, but I think this could be interesting for some people:
This version is no longer on steam (there you can only buy the Directors Cut). And some people do not like the graphical changes that were made to the DC version.

Is the game worth it? I'm a little skeptical getting a game that has DLC since we all know there will eventually be a "complete edition" sold at some point.

The DLCs are like $1-2 during a Steam Sale and it might be a while before Steam drops the base game to $5. You could hold out for a complete pack but it's still pretty cheap to buy it this way if you want it now.
