Neat guide, I'm sure it will be a help to newcomers!

I see it's still being updated, I have a few suggestions:

They can scam you even by trading gifts, I heard many stories when the gifts were revoked due to credit card fraud etc. (failure to verify payment method). You shouldn't trade with anybody shady at all. Also you could mention Steam Wallet scamming, rep sites (steamrep, sourceop, steamtrades etc) and paypal chargeback fraud (what to look out when trading real money). You should also check the level of the profile, and the amount/value of games associated with it. (like a level 0 profile created less than a year ago with one f2p game is suspicious)

While you're right Trade Window isn't 100% safe, Valve tends to return your items if you were scammed that way.
