A game I quite enjoy, Ghost Master is an RTS where you control a group of ghosts and take part in scaring the town of mortals to bring back the fear and respect of the dead that has faded over the years. There are different ghosts who have all kinds of abilities and places that they can be anchored to called "Fetters" where they unleash chaos such as simply creating spooky sounds or even setting people or rooms on fire!

The people you scare speak in a fake language, similar to the Sims, but there's always something satisfying about making mortals scream and flee in terror or even re-visit old missions with new and more powerful ghosts to drive people insane.
