I'd say this falls under the "free during a promotion", otherwise contact support rather than bitching on someone's giveaway that clearly 2,319 people were willing to enter for wanting the game,

Does not qualify, still charges 1 dollar something for some reason when you check out, also it's region locked so yeah, too many hoops, fake address, second credit card yada yada.

Charges you? I wasn't charged anything. Not region locked - key is ROW, and you just have to add an address for 20 seconds... Who said about a second credit card?
