I've not entered the giveaway cause it's the desire of the creator. But what you tell is not what it's explained here. In fact you may ask for a reroll, but you probably won't get it. Maybe if the entrant has most of the dlcs you have bigger chances.

Like I said, having a giveaway rerolled because the winner owns part of a bundle is completely normal and at the gifter's discretion.

Yep, this is how it works, worked and will work in the future. This is why some gifters write in their giveaway description how many things from a certain pack you can have to enter, if you yet don't believe aElder, look for MoneyHypeMike's public giveaways including packs for example.

Anyway, thanks for sharing tho I can't enter.

OK, it's just that I have not read yet where is officialy stated that what makes me sceptic. But the fact that isn't written doesn't mean it doesn't work that way. Nice to learn it. And indeed thanks for this and many other giveaways the creator has done!

It's not under special rules, because it's not a special rule. Have you read the FAQ? What's BASIC RULE #2?

Don't enter for games you already own.

This giveaway is for Saints Row The Third and comes with the DLC. You already own Saints Row The Third? Then, you can't enter the giveaway for this game.

Sometimes the gifter allows entries for the DLC. It's their choice though.
