What is steam rating, i have 10 but what does it mean?

Has it something to do with how many hours you have played the last 2 weeks or what?

Yep, that's all it is. Don't know if they picked random milestones or if it's based around the average number of hours played across all users though.

yes, the higher the hours played in last 2 week, the higher the steam rating..

Basically your steam rating is 1 point per 3.2 hours every 2 weeks up to 10 max.
