But he should contact the contributor. Might just be a mistake. Let's say, creator has 2*Rome Total war GA. Sends first to OP, than, instead of clicking a different gift in inventory, he clicks the same gift again., and sends it to second winner.
But that is just a theory. :P

Hi.
I received a gift in my email.. i Won a giveaway.
When i try to redeem it, this message pops out:
"An error was encountered while processing your request:
This gift has already been redeemed"
I've been trying to redeem it for the last 24 hours without success.
The game is neither in my library or my inventory.
I've read that it could be a bug that dissapears in a couple of hours, but 24 have passed already.
