Or the guy could have sent you an already used key. Ask the guy to send you a key that works. If he cannot, mark it as not received after the 7 day grace period.

Check your account and look if it's attached already

Contact the contributor to let him know what happened, if not wait 7 days, mark it as not received (and probably contact support?)

Ask him to send again. The gifter either revoked the gifts status (getting it back into his inventory) or gifted/traded it away to someone else, or activatd it himself.

Either way, you should ask him to resend it to you.

He got it back to his Inventory for some reason (or he added it to his Library). Ask him to send it again.

You forgot the 'is' between 'Gifts' and 'problem'.
