Are you in the US? If so, go to Walgreens and buy some clove oil for the tooth pain. If you're not in the US, I don't know where else to get clove oil. Apply carefully on/near the location where the pain is. Your tooth should start to feel better, at least a little bit. It tastes horribly nasty, but it often helps.
Just don't use too much, because clove oil will kill nerves.

Sadly I don't live in the US. I'm from a place somewhere in Eastern Europe and... yea. All we can buy here is painkillers. At least from my own knowledge. Best I could try is Xiline which is an anesthezic it can be bought by anyone at a Farmacy, but there's noone around to help me inject it so I'll pass. Thanks anyway for giving a fuck. :)

Try to eat stuff with lots of calories, whatever you eat try to add a nice amount of butter to it, for a grown man to survive he needs to consume about 1500 calories a day.
But you also need vitamins...

You won't die of malnutrition, that would take months. You won't even die of starvation, it's water deprivation that would kill you.
If you can't chew, try eating liquified food. If you have a blender/food processor, you can make your own. I don't know if you can get them where you live, but here we have high calorie health shakes that are meant to be used as supplements for people with poor nutrition (Ensure). Or you can try meal replacement shakes for people trying to lose weight (Slimfast). Baby food could even work, if necessary. Just be sure to drink enough to replace your normal daily calorie intake. It'll help settle your stomach and keep you fed. Good luck.

I'm trying to eat now. Just some bread and hot dogs. They are pretty soft so yea. But it still hurts like fuck while I chew. I don't have the possibilities to do what you told me to, but thanks. I just want to get over with it, take some more pills and make the pain calm down, becuase at the moment I'm not far from crying while eating. Hahahaha. Yes. I'm serious. Not crying like a baby. Just uncontroled tears of pain going down my cheek while having a straight face. Hahaha.

My tooth hurts like fuck. My neck aswell because I got a cold. Basicaly I can't eat because of the pain. I ate 2 times in 3 days and I feel weak. My stomach started to hurt aswell because of the poor amount of food I had, and all I can do is to take more pills to calm down the pain cause by all 3 bodyparts. Basicaly if I'd get rid of the tooth pain I'd go back to normal, but my appointment to the dentist is on Monday. Hopefully I won't die by then because of the malnutrition.
Point is, can someone entertain me? Make me forget about the pain for a few mins?
