How much does it take support to answer a ticket?

Well like the title says, how much?
I know they are busy and its only been 5 days since I left a ticket but I want to know, from your experience how long they take? a week? more? less?

Its random. They use the same engine used to pick who wins to see what ticket to answer next.

Well, no. But I've already made the suggestion.

Support is like the forum. New stuff at the top. It just takes time because handful of support and thousands of tickets.

It would be better if tickets were grouped by "type". begging reports and re-roll requests are normally easy to handle while "someone gave me false feedback on ST" might take some time to look into.

I wonder what mod tools cg prepared for SGv2 =)

I'm honestly surprised that you don't, I always assumed that the option you pick when creating a ticket was to assign it to a certain ticket queue, probably assumed as much because user reports do go to a separate queue.

This is probably how Steam support actually works.
They roll the dice and everything except dubs means stupid copy-paste as first ticket reply.

Wow I wonder how many the number of tickets have increased and how many are actually something important and not some random thing, since the waiting time has greatly increased I guess that they increased a lot XD

What I did was - I waited around 5 days then bumped my ticket, then if no response for another 5 days, bumped again. Mostly you just have to wait or go outside.

Better question, how long does it take to answer 5000 tickets. They won't jump you to the front of the line, they just got others to deal with first.

Actually, most of us don't prefer virgins. The whole 'fumbling-around-because-I-don't-know-what-I'm-doing' thing loses its charm pretty quickly.
