Well, no. But I've already made the suggestion.
Support is like the forum. New stuff at the top. It just takes time because handful of support and thousands of tickets.

It would be better if tickets were grouped by "type". begging reports and re-roll requests are normally easy to handle while "someone gave me false feedback on ST" might take some time to look into.
I wonder what mod tools cg prepared for SGv2 =)

Better question, how long does it take to answer 5000 tickets. They won't jump you to the front of the line, they just got others to deal with first.
