Building a new computer (oh it's this thread again, yes it is)

I've seen a lot of threads like this already here on SG so i thought why not do the same.
I'm about to order a new computer and would like to hear some extra opinions on the parts i have listed right now.

Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G43 (Option 1)
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G45 (Option 2)
CPU: INTEL Core i5 3570K overclocked
GPU: HIS HD7870 IceQX 2GB overclocked
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 2x4GB (Option 1)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 2x4GB (Option 2)
SSD: Adata Premier Pro SP900 128GB
HDD: Seagate 2TB or 3TB
POWER: MS-TECH 450 Watt
COOLER: Thermalright True Spirit 140

Why not get this processor? Link It doesn't cost much more and it will probably future proof your pc a bit more

I have no idea, i got one friend to compile a list for me, with that list i went to a computer shop in my city and he made some changes, and seeing as i don't trust him i asked another friend to have a look at that list again.. so this is what came out of it in the end.
I know practically nothing about computer parts so that's why i put my trust in other people's knowledge.

You might want to go on to some forums that have more knowledgable people such as Toms hardware and ask some questions about these parts and what you could get instead.

Yeah i thought about doing that but that would require me to sign up for a new account again and SG seemed easier at the moment.

Surely you mean TB not GB on the HDD. On a personal note, I will never EVER touch Adata products again after having 3 different products and they all failed. So I can't recommend it either.

Ah yes, i mean TB. Multiple people said good things about Adata, but i guess that's the same with all things, some people have good expierences while other people have bad.
I'll look a bit more into it.
