This bundle is a huge mess.
The description of the items on Fanatical is wrong.
Some items are included in the Deluxe editions on SteamDB, but aren't listed in the description.
The description of Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak - Deluxe Edition mentions that the item includes MONSTER HUNTER RISE + Deluxe Kit, but that's nonsensical judging by the retail price listed there, plus why have a separate MONSTER HUNTER RISE + Deluxe Kit item if it's allegedly included in the "Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak - Deluxe Edition" item anyway? (it's probably not).
One doesn't know if the items are now delivered as a single key or as multiple because the descriptions are confusing.
And yes, all keys have some sort of region locks, but who knows what locks as long as they don't even list the included items properly...
I don't know if the 3 new items warrant a new thread or if I should update the current one (that would be the third iteration of pretty much the same bundle, meaning that I would probably have to move the first 2 in the comments because of character limit). I'll let you decide.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak - Deluxe Edition is just the Sunbreak expansion + some deluxe bonuses, it doesn't have the main game included. Monster Hunter Rise Deluxe Edition is the main game + some deluxe bonuses, so it doesn't come with the Sunbreak expansion.

I know when I look at bundle threads, I think commented old bundles are about problems redeeming keys, and new ones are things to look at to buy. But I appreciate whatever makes it easier for everyone making them.

When I activated mine, the activation mentioned the continent I'm in.

According to Fanatical API, Monster Hunter Stories 2: Wings of Ruin - Deluxe Kit cannot be redeemed in JP,CN,HK. Everyone should receive the same sub.
SEA, RU/CIS, LATAM, Africa+TR seem to receive region locked subs for all other items (at least some with run locks on top).
Unknown what ROW receives - these subs are new, not indexed yet.
