This is a thing that should be done.
The levels are there to encourage users to give away more, thus gaining more level, and hopefully, into GA's that have a better winning chance.

With all the work that went into SG2, I'm baffled that such a simple and immensely useful feature has not been added and seems to be ignored despite the interest and common sense in having it. I sent a request to support to communicate my willingness to contributing to SG2's development. I gave up after four months of no one responding. The devs went through the trouble to make virtually any page searchable to the point of overkill, yet this easy to implement feature appears to be intentionally ignored. You'd figure with 18 devs, someone would be able to provide some insight. A clear answer would certainly be nice, none of this Half-Life 3 type of treatment. Ah well, they've done a great job with SG2, despite it missing some additional useful and practical features.

there's no interface for it, you'll have to type it in the address bar. There's another thread about it somewhere but idk where.

This seems to me to be essential and a very easy feature as long as the database in correctly indexed...We can already filter out levels above us, why lot levels below us? Or why not able to look at giveaways that are at specific levels?

Yes and I think even more filters would be essential right now going through every page gets monotonous real fast!
