Steam bugged? Any help please

For the last few days my steam has been bugged. It shows as the following:

Luckily the library shows just fine:

I didn't do strange to the client and it has been installed for a few months this way. Does anyone know a solution? Thanks in advance!

Restart your router then your pc.

Go into Steam - Settings - Web Browser and do "Delete web browser cache".

Try go to setting and clear download cache , you will be asked to relogin to steam tell if this worked

Thanks everybody I cleared my download cache and deleted the web browser cache and it worked! Thanks everybody!
